If you don’t own the business, you don’t have the freedom to succeed or not to succeed.” Jan: “Time flexibility. I can decide for myself when I want to work and for how long. I do not have to report to a boss at a certain time each day. I have been able to resign from the ‘dress-for-success’ club. It’s a fantastic feeling to sleep each day until I wake up.”
