Least Favorite Part Of The Job:

The Person Who Most Influenced His
Life: "When I was working my 40-hour-a-week
service job, I met a client who asked me if I could
work some overtime for him. I told him I really didn't
believe in overtime and that I worked as little as possible.
He told me that I'd be working 40-hour weeks forever
with that attitude. He suggested I tried some 60 hour
weeks for a few years to see if it took me anywhere
new. I did it and was running my department within a
year. The man's name was Alex, and he owned his own
mortgage company. He stared as a janitor. I'll never
forget the lesson he taught me. Dedication and hard
work really pay off. If more people were willing to
make a commitment to themselves to start their own business
and grow it into a source of financial security, many
people would surprise themselves."
